*Current mortgage statement OR landlord contact information for the last 3 years

Fees will be refunded electronically back to the card you paid from if your application is not screened.  Prepaid Credit Card restrictions may apply.

Our Pet and Assistance/Emotional Support Animal Policies are listed below.

Animal Policies

Screening Criteria

 

1. Credit score minimum 620.

2. Verifiable income at least 3 times monthly rent.

3. No past evictions

4. No past non-satisfied judgments from prior-landlords.

5.  3 years of good verifiable rental/ownership history

6. Must complete application and screening process to be reviewed.


Pet Policy

Not all of our properties are pet friendly.  Our standard pet policies are:

Pet Information RREPM requires the following information about your pet at the time of application: breed, weight, age, and a picture of the pet. If you are able to provide any additional information such as if they are fixed or declawed, this can help expedite the approval of your pets with the homeowner.

Pet Approval RREPM and/or the homeowner must approve all pets. If your pet is approved, you will be charged $300 pet fee per pet. Limit 2 pets. However, some owners prefer to charge a larger pet fee or pet deposit upfront. It is at the discretion of the homeowner to decide.

Restricted breeds RREPM restricts the following dog breeds including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Bull Terriers, Pitbull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Standard American Bully,  Miniature Bully, and/or any mixed breed wherein the breed is aforementioned.  No exotic pets, reptiles, fowl, insects or livestock. 


Tenants are responsible for complying  with the Animal Policies in the RREPM Rental Agreement.  

Assistance/Emotional Support Animal Policy

An assistance/emotional support animal is not a pet.

An Assistance/Emotional  Support Animal is defined as an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified symptoms.   Certification documentation will be required.  


Any applicant with an Assistance Animal must complete  the animal information on the rental application and a separate Request for Reasonable Accommodation Form.  You'll be asked to provide the following: a letter from a medical professional, a picture of the assistance animal, the breed and the weight.     Contact Us  to request a form. 


Tenants are responsible for complying  with the Animal Policies in the RREPM Rental Agreement.
